The CAD Manager Confessions Podcast.This podcast is for CAD Managers in their pursuit for the perfect set of plans.Each episode, we’ll be doing deep dives into what CAD Managers deal with every day as they manage and mentor their CAD teams, build and enforce standards, develop best practices, and provide leadership and vision to the firm in the implementation of new technologies.With an extensive career as a CAD Manager, I’m here to confess all my lessons learned, strategies, and all my projects delivery secrets.I'm so passionate about the AEC Industry and CADD Technologies that I want to share what I've learned along the way in hopes that it can help someone else in their journey.I'm on a mission to connect and interview other CAD (& BIM) Managers to be on the Podcast to continue what I am calling my CAD (& BIM) Management Masterclass Series where I interview CAD (& BIM) Managers across different industries to hear their stories and to learn from their experiences.
